Fairly convinvced I have an ulcer since I have literally all the symptoms and it's sapping my strength

Also going to talk to the doctor about my ridiculous insomnia and why my joints hurt when I'm only 24

And about my anxiety, which isn't diagnosed but I suspect will be. Yay.

Sooooo number one reason I haven't been doing a whole lot the past couple weeks is because I don't have the energy
